letter-spacing: 0.4pt;\">El Cliente reconoce que la Empresa es la \u00fanica propietaria de los\nderechos de propiedad intelectual relacionados con el Software (incluidos los\nderechos de marca, los derechos de autor sobre los textos y las interfaces\ngr\u00e1ficas de la Empresa y, en general, todos los materiales y procesos\nutilizados en el desarrollo de la actividad de la Empresa) y que estos derechos\nest\u00e1n protegidos por las leyes aplicables al respecto (incluidas las leyes que\nprotegen la propiedad industrial, los derechos de autor y la competencia).<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0.4pt;\">Todas las marcas, ya sean figurativas o nominativas, y todos los dem\u00e1s\nsignos, nombres comerciales, marcas de servicio, marcas denominativas, nombres\ncomerciales, ilustraciones, im\u00e1genes, logotipos, que puedan estar registrados a\nnombre de&nbsp;<i>REVIDOO&nbsp;<\/i>y que pertenezcan a los Servicios o al\nSoftware, son y seguir\u00e1n siendo propiedad exclusiva de la Empresa o de sus\nlicenciantes, de conformidad con la legislaci\u00f3n nacional e internacional\naplicable en materia de propiedad intelectual.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0.4pt;\">Revidoo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0.4pt;\">, dentro de los l\u00edmites de la normativa vigente,\nresponder\u00e1 de los da\u00f1os y perjuicios de naturaleza contractual y\nextracontractual causados al Cliente o a terceros, exclusivamente cuando \u00e9stos\nconstituyan una consecuencia inmediata y directa de dolo o negligencia grave.\nEl Cliente exime y libera expresamente a Revidoo<i>&nbsp;<\/i>de cualquier\nresponsabilidad, en la medida permitida por la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable, en\nrelaci\u00f3n con cualesquiera da\u00f1os o reclamaciones, propios y\/o de terceros, de\ncualquier tipo y naturaleza, incluidos da\u00f1os incidentales directos o\nindirectos, sobre personas o bienes, da\u00f1os derivados de lucro cesante, da\u00f1os a\nla reputaci\u00f3n, p\u00e9rdida de datos, costes de sustituci\u00f3n, derivados del\nincumplimiento o violaci\u00f3n por parte del Cliente de las presentes Condiciones\nGenerales.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; Las modificaciones entrar\u00e1n en vigor a\npartir del primer d\u00eda del mes siguiente a aquel en que la Empresa las haya\npreanunciado por escrito al Cliente, salvo que la normativa legal o las medidas\nadministrativas impongan o den lugar a una fecha de entrada en vigor anterior o\nposterior.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;
